Q: What is tekQuote?
A: tekQuote was created to provide an industry wide solution of simple, yet powerful online health selling tools. Our developers began research in mid 2004 to find out exactly what health brokers were looking for. In October of 2004, development finally began, with the goal of releasing a our product in February of 2005.
Q: Why don’t you post prices and product tours on your website?
A: Due to the scope and scalability of the technology we have created for tekQuote, it requires more than just a simple run through. We believe to understand the true value and quality you will receive from using our products, you must take the time to thoroughly explore what we have to offer.
We also believe that brining your business online is a big step, and we want every broker to know that we are here to provide one-on-one service, and answer any technical or non-technical questions you may have. People like dealing with other real people, and we realize that. It is our goal to help you use technology to grow your business, and running through an online demo product won’t give you the same understanding as a personalized guided tour.
Q: Ok, I’m not a technology guru, can I still do this?
A: In short, YES!! We understand how frustrating it can be to use Microsoft Word, much less run an entire website. We have built our system with everyone in mind, not just the “Joe Computer’s” out there. In addition to thorough online help systems, we provide all of our clients with a dedicated number for technical (and even non-technical) questions, and assign each client to a dedicated account representative, so they never have to deal with someone they don’t know. We may be providing “today’s broker’s with tomorrow’s technology”, but we still pride ourselves on our first class, one-on-one service.

A:Of course! Our systems our built for you, so if you have a great feature idea you would like to see implemented into the tekQuote engine, let us know!
Q: I represent a carrier that is not listed in your engine, can they be added?
A: If you would like to see a carrier that is not listed on our tekQuote Engine page, simply fill out the Add a Carrier Form. We will contact that carrier and attempt to get prices imported into our database as soon as possible. In the meantime, we have the ability to add sections to your website that specifically deal with carriers not currently supported by the tekQuote engine. Feel free to contact us for more information.
